Dr Paula Ko travels to Haiti to provide volunteer eye care and help dedicate new school
Along with her daughter Katie, Dr Paula Ko once again traveled to Haiti as a volunteer to provide eye screenings and also to participate in the dedication of a new school. The program, made possible through a partnership with Episcopal Academy in Pennsylvania, creates new opportunity for this remote village. Dr Ko has been involved in numerous activities which "give back" and provide for those with limited resources. Involving local students, including her own children, has passed on an understanding and appreciation of helping others through volunteer activities.
